2. Information We Collect — Website

5. LiveStats Platform — Website, Results and Console

LiveStats is our live results platform, provided to member organizations such as pulling clubs and race series as their official live results, schedule, standings and sign-up service. Each organization has its own site and app on the platform. The earlier LiveStats SMS service has been retired: no text messages are sent and no phone numbers are collected for messaging.

5.1 Information We Collect — LiveStats

Roster and results. The club's scorers enter each competitor's driver name, vehicle name, make and model, hometown and class, along with draw numbers, distances, speeds, placings and season points. This is the public record of the sport and is shown on the website, on the trackside board and in the app. The club may also add a driver bio, sponsors and a photo of the vehicle.

Club contact details. The club may keep a contact phone number and a mailing address for a competitor, for its own purposes such as paying out purses and reaching a driver about an entry. These are visible only to the club's own staff in the results console. They are never published on the website, in the app or in any export a fan can see.

Online sign-up. If you register for an event online you provide your name, vehicle and class, and you pay through Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. We keep the registration itself (who entered which class at which event, the amount paid and Stripe's reference number) so the club can build the lineup and reconcile its books.

Push notifications. If you turn notifications on in the app, we store what is described in section 2. Nothing in that section is collected unless you choose to.

Website visits. Our servers keep standard access logs (the address your connection comes from, the browser, the pages requested and the time) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on the site. The only cookie we set is a session cookie for club staff who sign in to the results console.

5.2 How We Use Information — LiveStats

We use the information above only to run the platform for the club and its fans:

Publishing schedules, lineups, live results, season standings and member profiles
Building event lineups and confirming online entries
Sending the notifications you opted into
Giving the club's staff the contact details they entered, for payouts and event operations
Keeping the service secure and finding faults

We do not use any of it for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

5.3 Who We Share It With — LiveStats

We share information only with the services needed to run the platform, each acting on our behalf:

The club itself. Its staff use the results console and see the roster, including the contact details they entered.
Expo, Apple and Google deliver push notifications, as described in section 2.
Stripe processes online sign-up payments under its own privacy policy.
DigitalOcean hosts our servers in the United States.

The public parts of the platform (schedule, results, standings, member profiles, driver bios and photos) are, by design, visible to anyone who visits the site or opens the app.

5.4 How Long We Keep It — LiveStats

Roster, results and standings are kept as the club's season history for as long as the club uses the platform. Past seasons stay visible so records and points history remain available.
Push tokens and follow lists are deleted the moment you turn notifications off in the app, and are dropped automatically when a phone stops accepting delivery.
Online sign-up records are kept for the club's accounting for as long as the law and the club's own bookkeeping require.
Server logs are kept for a short period and then rotated out.

5.5 Your Choices — LiveStats

Unfollow a truck or class, or turn notifications off in the app, at any time.
Ask the club to correct or remove your contact details, bio or photo. The club controls what is entered about its competitors.
Email us to ask what we hold about you or to request deletion of anything that is not part of the public results record. We answer within a reasonable time.

6. LiveStats Mobile Apps — Push Notifications

This section applies to the LiveStats mobile apps published by Georgia Motorsports Media LLC for event organizations, including the Southern Pullers Association (SPA) and Diesels in Dark Corners (DIDC).

Notifications are entirely optional. Nothing described here is collected unless you choose to follow a truck, follow a class, or turn on event announcements in the app. We never ask for notification permission when the app first opens.

6.1 Information We Collect — Push Notifications

If you turn notifications on, we store:

The push token issued to the app by your phone’s operating system. This is an address for delivering a message to that installation of the app. It is not your phone number, and it does not identify you personally.
Your platform (Android or iOS) and the app version, so we can tell which builds are in use when something goes wrong.
Which trucks, classes, and announcement feeds you chose to follow, since that is what determines which alerts you should receive.

6.2 How We Use Your Information — Push Notifications

We use this only to send the alerts you asked for: results as a truck you follow hooks, placings once a class is final, lineup and sign-up confirmations, and event announcements such as rain delays. We do not use notifications for marketing or advertising.

One case does connect a token to your name. If you register for an event from inside the app, your push token is recorded with that registration so the confirmation reaches the person who actually signed up. Outside of that, a token is not linked to your name, your registration, or your roster entry.

6.3 Data Sharing and Third Parties — Push Notifications

To deliver a message, the token is passed to Expo, which operates the push service, and on to Apple or Google, who run the notification systems built into your phone. They act as delivery services on our behalf. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6.4 How to Turn Notifications Off

You can turn notifications off at any time. Unfollowing a truck or class removes that subscription. Turning notifications off entirely in the app deletes the token and every subscription tied to it from our servers. You can also revoke notification permission in your phone’s own settings, which stops delivery immediately.

7. Third-Party Links

Our website and the LiveStats platform may contain links to third-party websites, including the Southern Pullers Association, North American Sled Operators Association, and others. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
