Georgia Motorsports Media LLC is a Georgia-based motorsports media company providing videography, photography, web design, and event technology services to racing organizations in the Southeast United States. Our services include:

  • LiveStats — a real-time event results and participant communication platform, including an SMS messaging service

5.1 Information We Collect — LiveStats SMS

When a participant opts in to receive SMS event updates through a LiveStats-enabled event, we may collect:

  • Full name
  • Phone number (10-digit US mobile number)
  • Vehicle name and number
  • Pulling class
  • Event name and date
  • Date and time of opt-in consent
  • Source of opt-in (event registration form, on-site sign-up, etc.)
  • The disclosure text shown at the time of opt-in and confirmation that consent was given

5.2 How We Use Your Information — LiveStats SMS

We use the information collected solely to operate the LiveStats SMS service, which includes sending:

  • Sign-up confirmations
  • Class check-in confirmations
  • Staging calls and direct driver staging notifications
  • Class updates and schedule change notices
  • Event delay notices
  • Post-class result notifications

All messages are operational and informational in nature. We do not use your phone number or information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to your participation in a LiveStats-enabled event.

5.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by event. You may receive multiple messages over the course of a single event (e.g., staging calls, class updates, and a result notification). You will not receive messages between events unless you are actively participating in a LiveStats-enabled event.

5.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Georgia Motorsports Media LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by receiving SMS messages.

5.5 How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you choose to re-subscribe by replying START.

SMS Commands
  • STOP — Immediately unsubscribes your number. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
  • START — Re-subscribes your number if you previously opted out.
  • HELP — Sends a brief description of the service and a link to spa.livestats.app/sms.

5.6 Help Command

If you need assistance, reply HELP to any message. You will receive a response with information about the service and a link to spa.livestats.app/sms. You may also visit that page directly for full SMS information and opt-out instructions.

5.7 Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your phone number or personal information with any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

We use SignalWire as our SMS delivery provider. SignalWire processes outbound and inbound messages on our behalf and is subject to their own privacy policy and carrier compliance requirements. Message delivery is subject to carrier network policies.

5.8 Data Retention

Participant information and SMS consent records are retained for the duration of their participation in events and for a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and audit purposes. If you opt out via STOP, your phone number is flagged as unsubscribed and will not be used to send additional messages, though the record may be retained for compliance purposes.

5.9 Security

We store participant data on secured servers. Access to participant records is restricted to authorized LiveStats operators. We do not store payment information.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website and the LiveStats platform may contain links to third-party websites, including the Southern Pullers Association, North American Sled Operators Association, and others. Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
